We process the personal data of our customers as well as our potential customers and their representatives in the register.

4.Intented use of personal data

The information is used for customer relationship management, customer communication and to improve the user experience of the online service, with the aim of targeting our messages so that you receive the communication that is right for you. In addition, the information is used for marketing purposes.


Our purpose to use personal data is the legitimate interest in marketing, and the implementation of the agreement between you and us in terms of customer relationship management. We will also send you electronic direct marketing messages based on your consent.

5. Information content of the register
We collect your name, telephone, email, address and other information you provide. Cookies provide us with measurable information about our visitors, which we use, for example, when planning our marketing. In this way, we can target our communications as accurately as possible.
The following information can be stored about the registered, ie you:

6. Registry information sources

The collection of name and other contact information is based on a customer relationship or other connection to CySec. We collect information when you sign a contract, register or use CySec services. We therefore collect personal information mainly from you. We may also receive personal information from your employer or any other party who will notify you of an event we are arranging.

We also follow cookies and your visit to CySec's website leaves a mark, e.g. IP address. Personal information can also be obtained for marketing use from registers outside CySec. We may also collect personal information from public sources.

7. Disclosure of information

The information may be disclosed to our partners for marketing purposes related to our company's services or products.


8. Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA

We may use service providers who may have access to your personal information from outside the EU / EEA, such as the United States, to process your personal information. We ensure the proper and lawful execution of transfers in accordance with the legislation on the processing of personal data.

We respect the confidentiality of your personal information. The registry is stored in a database protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means, which is accessed by persons authorized by CySec.


We will dispose of outdated and unnecessary information in an appropriate manner. We will only retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal information is processed as defined in this Privacy Statement. Due to the obligations of the Accounting Act or other applicable law, the information may have to be kept longer than the above-mentioned period.

10. Rights of the data subject

You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Every direct email sent by CySec has a legal link from which you can choose to block direct mail in your email in the future.


In addition, you have the right, in accordance with applicable data protection law, at any time to:
